The role of our Family Department is to give clients clear, objective advice, whilst offering sympathy and support at all times.  Wherever possible we try to resolve areas of disagreement by conciliation in a sensible business like manner but if a court order needs to be obtained urgently, we have the skill and resources to take the necessary action quickly.

Our experienced team of family lawyers aim to offer our clients sympathetic, practical and professional advice.  The team includes members of the Law Society Family Law Panel and an Accredited Specialist of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association).

Disputes over property and other matters affect unmarried couples as well as those who are married.  We are able to offer advice and solutions to these problems and assist in the preparation of pre-marital agreements and living together agreements.
